notes to see what is improved. July 1,2010 -- VoxTrek 2.1 for iPhone is available on the App Store. It supports offline routing, offline point of interest and street search. It is iOS4 multi-tasking enabled and can navigate with text to speech directions in background. June 29,2010 -- VoxTrek 2.0 for iPad was approved by Apple. We now have offline routing, offline point of interest and street search. June 22,2010 -- VoxTrek 2.0 was submitted to Apple for approval to the App Store. We now have offline routing, offline point of interest and street search. June 21,2010 -- VoxTrek 2.0 for iPad was submitted to Apple for approval to the App Store. April 15, 2010 -- VoxTrek 1.8 has been sent for review to Apple. Version 1.7 has an issue during upgrading that prevents the route calculation. April 15, 2010 -- VoxTrek 1.7 is reviewed by Apple and released on the App Store. April 8, 2010 -- VoxTrek 1.7 was resubmitted for approval to the App Store. We have included the newly received voices. VoxTrek will be available with the following optional high quality text to speech languages: US English (5 voices), British English (4 voices), German(3 voices), Italian, French(5 voices), Canadian French, Dutch, Flemish, Spanish, US Spanish, Portuguese, Czech, Polish, Swedish(3 voices), Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Russian, Arabic, Greek, Turkish and Brazilian. April 2, 2010 -- VoxTrek has just received extra text to speech voices now inluding Russian, Arabic, Greek, Turkish and Brazilian. VoxTrek will have a total of 22 text to speech languages with 43 voices. Soon available on the AppStore. March 22, 2010 -- VoxTrek version 1.7 has been submitted to Apple for review. VoxTrek becomes a polyglot! Many people wanted a better voice for VoxTrek so we added 32 high quality text to speech voices in 22 languages and translated the user interface to the respective spoken language. The high quality text to speech voices are licensed from the Acapela Group. Each voice is about 20 megabytes and can be downloaded to the iPhone. It's recommended that you retrieve the voices while connected to the internet through Wifi. VoxTrek will be available in the following langages: US English (5 voices), British English (3 voices), German, Italian, French, Canadian French, Dutch, Flemish, Spanish, US Spanish, Portuguese, Czech, Polish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and Finnish.
